General Booking Questions

To offer the best options, please provide:

  • Event type (venue booking, wedding, private event, corporate, Awards Night, etc.)
  • Venue name & event address
  • Event date
  • Start & finish time
  • Number of guests (PAX)
  • Preferred entertainment type(s)
  • AV requirements (sound & lighting)
  • Music style / genres you’d like
  • Any special notes (run-sheets, timing, formalities)

Absolutely. We regularly provide entertainment and AV support for:

We understand corporate timing, formalities and professional presentation.

Yes! We service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba regularly. We also travel for events across:

  • Awards Nights (real estate agencies, multinational companies, small businesses)
  • Far North Queensland (including Cairns)
  • Sydney & Melbourne
  • Other capitol cities
  • Regional and rural areas

Long-distance events simply require planning for travel and accommodation, which we discuss with you during the quoting process.

DJs and Music

  • DJs: 2 - 6+ hours, depending on your event
  • Live musicians: typically 3 - 4 hours, but shorter or longer can be arranged

For longer events, we often coordinate 2 - 3 DJ’s rotating throughout the night, which keeps the energy fresh and lets each DJ bring their own flavour.

Arrival time depends on the setup:

DJs:

  • For regular bar / venue gigs with installed equipment, arrive 15 - 20 minutes early
  • For events requiring full setup: At least 60 minutes

Live Musicians and Bands:

  • Arrive 60 - 90 minutes early for setup and soundcheck

Corporate events or full AV production:

  • We prefer to arrive several hours beforehand
  • Sometimes the day before, depending on the scale

We’ll always discuss what works best for your event and venue.

Yes! To get a sense of your taste, we recommend sending:

  • 5 - 10 of your favourite songs or artists
  • Any “must play” or “do not play” songs

You’re also welcome to send Spotify playlists, they’re great for understanding your preferred vibe or direction. (If it’s a very long playlist, we’ll take inspiration from it rather than trying to play every track.)
